Dr. Geethanjali Anke is the Senior Consultant Clinical Microbiologist and Laboratory Director of the KIMS SAVEERA Hospital in Andhra Pradesh, India and also holds the Infection Control Officer position. She completed training on Biomedical sciences and research studies in London, and has a strong experience in the public health system. Besides that, she has worked in many fields: under – and post graduate as well as continuous medical education, research, policy framing, guideline development, functions in all medical committees, NABH/NABL/JCI audits and focus on IDSA, CDC, WHO, MOHFW and other guidelines.
Dr. Geethanjali has clinical and scientific interest in infectious diseases and medical research activities. She has published a good number of scientific contributions including peer-reviewed articles, original articles and case reports. She is also a member of IDSA, APIC and a reviewer of many journals.
